Delivery Time: At Themusicbox, we strive to ensure that you receive your vinyl records in a timely manner. After your order has been confirmed, most of our deliveries take between 3 to 10 days. To keep you informed, we will send you an SMS and/or Email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide accurate contact information to receive these alerts promptly.
Out-of-Stock Items: While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, there may be rare occasions when an item you ordered is out of stock. Should this happen, our dedicated team will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss the available options:
- Receive a store credit with no expiry date, allowing you to redeem it immediately or at a later time.
- Opt for a replacement with another product of equal value.
- Choose a complete refund.
International Shipping: Currently, our website does not have international shipping integrated directly. However, we do offer international shipping upon request. Simply provide us with your zip code, and we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost. Delivery time for international orders usually ranges from one week to three weeks.
Split Shipment: For faster shipping and delivery, we occasionally split the shipment of your orders. As a result, one part of your order may arrive before the other. Rest assured, you will be notified of such instances through SMS and/or email.
