Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it leaves our facility for delivery. In such cases, you can ask the delivery personnel to return the order to us. Once we receive the returned order, we will offer you the following solutions:
- Receive a store credit with no expiry date, allowing you to redeem it immediately or at a later time.
- Opt for a replacement with another product of equal value.
- Choose a complete refund.
Please note that orders that are part of a Sale or Special Drops cannot be cancelled. Additionally, consumer grievance courts cannot address these cases until the item is returned to us. For further assistance, you can connect with us via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations by Themusicbox: In certain circumstances, we may have to cancel your order:
- If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock or discontinued.
- If the item(s) are damaged in transit.
Should this happen, we will promptly refund the amount to your account. Please remember that consumer grievance courts cannot address these cases until the item is returned to us.
Returns: If you wish to initiate a return, please raise a request within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that we only accept returns for defective products. To initiate the return process, kindly send pictures or videos of the defective items via email or WhatsApp. Once we process the return, you will receive confirmation via SMS and/or email.
It is essential to remember that consumer grievance courts cannot address these cases until the item is returned to us. Returns are subject to the visual proof provided by the customer.
Returns on Sale Items or Promo Code Items: For items purchased through sales or promo codes, you will receive the final amount paid after the return is processed.
Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please return the product to the delivery personnel and contact our customer care service via care@themusicbox.com. We will address the issue promptly and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.
We have a brick-and-mortar store and sell on other platforms too so sometimes the ordered item may not be available.
